Our store is based within Ontario, Canada.
What is the processing time?
Our current processing time is between 4 to 6 weeks! This means there may be other orders before yours, so please allow this amount of time to complete and ship your order out. You will receive a email notification when your order is shipped.
How long does shipping take once my order is shipped out?
Shipping within Canada takes 5-14 business days. Shipping internationally takes anywhere from 7-30 days. Items going internationally have to undergo customs before getting to you and this timeframe always varies, it can take longer if their is a delay in customs. Please be patient as this is a process we cannot control. However if your order has been in transit for longer than 6 weeks in business days, please do contact us for a solution! We are always more than happy to help our customers.
Can I pay extra for my order to be sent out faster?
If you need your order in a rush, please message us directly before placing your order and we will set up a custom listing for you to pay an rush order fee. Depending on the order rush fees cost $10 to $20. The fastest we can rush orders out is within 7 to 14 business days after an order is placed.
How do I purchase a tracking number for my order?
Our shipping fees at checkout do not include tracking numbers outside of Canada. If you live outside of Canada and would like a tracking number please be sure to message us for the additional postage fee to have tracking for your order! But, do know the regular method we use, is air-mail as well worldwide & it is just as good as the tracked option (the only difference is you would have the tracking number!).
How do I contact you about something?
You can go to the "contact us" section on our website, or you can directly e-mail us. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response as we do receive a large influx of messages per day and sometimes we do not get through them all at once. We will reply as soon as we can, promise!
What is the sizing of your collars/items?
Our standard sizing for chokers/collars are 12" inches. All ribbon-made chokers/collars are adjustable with a long satin ribbon to tie a bow at the back and adjust tightness/looseness. Our faux leather choker/collars are made 12" and adjust up to 16" total with an adjustable buckle closure. Our wrist cuffs are made 6.5" standard and also adjustable with a satin ribbon to tie at the back.
Please note: If you prefer a custom sizing, please message us prior to ordering and let us know! We will let you know if we can accommodate your sizing for your order.
What are your items made with / what materials do you use?
Our items are made with high quality satin ribbon, ruffle lace trims, polypropylene webbing, faux leather, acrylic rhinestones, metal rivets, and a variety of different charms, etc.
If by chance you suffer from a metal allergy, please contact us directly prior to ordering to discuss us making your item(s) allergy safe if possible for you.
Do you need any promoters / can I sponsor your store?
We are currently NOT looking for any models/promoters. Any e-mails or messages asking for this will be kindly ignored. We get so many of these offers daily, we're sorry but at this time we are not looking! If or when we decide we would like someone to model/sponsor our store we will put up a post on our social media. Thank you for your understanding!
How do I leave a review for your products / for my order?
We have a Facebook page which you can leave a review on if you would like! You can find our social media links at the bottom navigation bar on our store. We appreciate any and all feedback, it means a lot to us to hear what you think!
Do you offer any discounts / bulk order discounts?
We post on our social media daily, and if we are having a sale or promoting a discount code we will post this on our Instagram/Facebook page! Please follow us on both accounts to keep up to date with sales, discounts, new items and any exciting news! Our social media links are located at the bottom of our store page.
