We do not accept returns/exchanges on any of our items if the package has been opened, if you've received your package but have not opened it please message us directly with your order # and information to discuss further. We do NOT accept returns nor offer refunds on discounted products or custom orders. You are responsible for the shipping fee on sending the product back. Once we have received your product we will submit a full refund if your order falls within our refund / return policies.
We do not offer refunds on items that were ordering during a discount, sale, or promotional offer. Please understand this upon placing an order with us. We also do not offer refunds on custom orders or special made items.
We only offer refunds on MADE TO ORDER items within 24 hours of the order being placed. Thank you for understanding this!
Custom duty fees/tax for orders outside of Canada:
If you received your package and are due to pay any taxes/fees to the post office in your country, we are NOT responsible to pay this for you. You are fully responsible for any fees due in your country. This is something beyond our control completely. Please understand this upon ordering from our store! We do not see this happen too often with our customers, but it can and does happen.
Personalized / Custom orders:
We accept personalized custom orders. We love creating special items for our customers! We reserve the right to price custom orders accordingly, the price will depend on the supplies needed for the order (sometimes we need to order in special items), and the time/work it takes to make the item(s) for you. Please do know, custom orders are non-refundable. We also reserve the right to use the custom order on our store as well, UNLESS YOU SPECIFY that you want it special made just for you ahead of time.
You can find the shipping rates at checkout upon placing an order, just type in your location and the shipping rates will be calculated for you. You may choose 'standard' shipping without a tracking number OR 'tracked' shipping with a tracking number. Both shipping methods are good, the only difference is a tracking number is provided if you choose tracked. The speed for both shipping methods are the same!
Please realize - we do not choose the shipping fees, it is Canada Post's set fees which we follow.
Once your package is shipped, we no longer have control over the speed/time it takes to get to you, nor do we have the option to track your package down for you. If you would like to track your item please be sure to purchase a tracking number upon placing your order at checkout!

Change of address after placing an order:
Please be sure of your address when placing your order. After 24 hours have passed we cannot change the address on your order. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause!
99% of the time orders make it fine to the destinations, we use the best shipping method possible for everyone. However in rare cases, items can get lost going internationally which is beyond our control. If you chose tracking as your method of shipment and your item becomes lost in transit ( i.e tracking isn't updating for more than a few weeks) feel free to message us and we will come to a solution with you.
The process may take a bit of time (opening a case with the shipping provider) and requesting a refund for you. OR, we can re-make your order free of charge. The only thing you would be responsible for is paying the shipping fee to send your package again.
Please do know, we cannot control shipping once a package is out of our hands and shipped off at the post office! Please be respectful with us, just as we are to you. We are understanding and we do want to help if anything goes wrong with your order and we want you happy!
We do not tolerate foul language or harassment towards us, our customers, or our store. Harassment and foul language results in a permanent ban. We reserve the right to ban anyone who does not follow this policy.
